Ingredients

  • 1 kgCkicken boneless
  • 4-6Hari mirch
  • Hara dhnya 1/2 guddi
  • Hari pyaz (white part 3)
  • Lehsun 6 jawe
  • 1 inchAdrak
  • Namak
  • 1 tbspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspWhite pepper
  • 4 tbspCream
  • Melted butter 4tbsp yugert 4tbsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind all ingredients and add to chicken with cream yugert and melted butter and merinate it for 2 hours

    Add some butter on pan and add marinated chicken

    When water is dry out. Smoke with charcoal or put in screwers and fry on pan
