3teacups coconut milk

Boil the coconut milk for 10minutes.

Parboil the rice and add to the boiling coconut milk,cook rice till soft for 15-20minutes and simmer till the liquid is dried up.

Garnish with carrots,green pepper/ Veges.Then serve hot.
