Kofta curry

Put all the kofta ingredient in a chopper and chop well. Make small balls and keep it in fridge for at least half hour.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kofta and keep it aside

Now take a pot heat oil. Add ground onion and tomatoes along with ginger garlic paste,whole spices and all dry spices.

Soute well until oil separate add water as required. Put kofta carefully and tilt the pot to adjust. Cover and simmer for 20 min.

Sprinkle fresh chopped coriander serve with chapati and enjoy 😊
