Ingredients

10 servings
  • (Ingredient for kofta)
  • 750 gmBeef mince
  • 5,6Chopped chillies
  • 1/2 bunchChopped coriander
  • 4 tbspGround chanay
  • Ground khashkhash 1¹/² tbsp
  • Fresh bread slice 2
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • tspCoriander powder q
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspWhole spices ground
  • 1 tbspCumin seed (roasted and crushed)
  • (Ingredient for curry)
  • 2Ground tomatoes
  • 2Ground onion
  • Cinnamon 2 small
  • 1 tspBlack pepper seed
  • Cloves1 tsp
  • 2Black cardamom
  • 3,4Green cardomom
  • Bay leaves 1
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the kofta ingredient in a chopper and chop well. Make small balls and keep it in fridge for at least half hour.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kofta and keep it aside

  3. 3

    Now take a pot heat oil. Add ground onion and tomatoes along with ginger garlic paste,whole spices and all dry spices.

  4. 4

    Soute well until oil separate add water as required. Put kofta carefully and tilt the pot to adjust. Cover and simmer for 20 min.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle fresh chopped coriander serve with chapati and enjoy 😊
