Ingredients

  1. 4cooked potatoes
  2. Diced onions
  3. Diced peppers
  4. Seasonings
  5. 1/2 cupFlour
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3Eggs (whisked)
  8. 1/8tspn garlic
  9. 1/3tpsn curry
  10. 1/4 cupwater(less or more if needed)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add diced onions and peppers

  2. 2

    Cut the cooked potatoes into circular shapes and add to the bowl

  3. 3

    Add in the seasonings, salt, garlic,curry and mix

  4. 4

    And finally add in the whisked egg and water and mix

  5. 5

    Fry in a low heat hot oil

  6. 6

    Enjoy.......
