Cut paneer in small pieces and deep fry till golden brown colour. Keep aside.

Wash and Soak rice in water for half an hour.

Now in a karahi heat oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Grate tomatoes and add in it and stir for two minutes. Add paneer and corn and stir till oil leaves the karahi.

Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper seeds, cloves, cardamoms bay leaves and stir for two minutes. Now add rice and 1 glass water and cook on low flame. Delicious pulav is ready. Serve hot with Raita.
