3-4potatoes in round shape
1Brinjal in long shape
1 cupkuttu ka atta
to taste sendha namak
1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
as needed oil for deep frying
as neededwater

Peel,wash and cut the potatoes in round shape and cut the brinjal in long shape

In a bowl add kuttu aata, salt, red chilli powder, and water in a bowl and prepare batter for pakode
3

Mix it well add potatoes and brinjal
4

Heat oil in a wok add potatoes, brinjal and deep fry for 3-4 minutes
5

Serve it with chutney
