1st we will add hung curd in a bowl. Then we will add besan and all masala according to taste.1 teaspoon oil in the bowl. Add water according to the consistency.

Add panner (cottage cheese), capsicum and onion in the paste and rest it for about 60 minutes so that the flavour of paste can go into the paneer.

Now take the kebab skewer and add the veggies into it and place it on a a baking tray / barbeque grill or we can make it on the nonstick pan.

Now our paneer tikka is ready. We will garnish it on a plate and serve it with onion rings/fresh coriander and sprinkle some chaat masala according to the taste.
