1st take grayed panner in a bowl and grated potatoes, soaked pieces of bread (without water). Add rava or suji for crispiness. Add the masalas according to taste.

Make a dough and rest it for 30 minutes so that the flavours could enhance.
- 3
Take a nonstick pan and add 2 spoons of oil. Make fingers from the dough (as shown above). Shallow fry them till they becomes golden brown.

Serve the paneer fingers with green chutney or tomato sauce
