Gateau di patate napoletana

Neapolitan potato bake. This is not just tasty but really tasty. It's made with a particular type of salami from Naples but you could use any good quality Italian salami adding even more pepper than I have done! Buffalo mozzarella is great with this but normal works too. This is a typical Sunday lunch served with a starter of maybe prosciutto, vegetables in oil and bread sticks. And of course with meat, a good glass of red wine #myfavouriterecipe #Italian #potatoes #sundaylunch #dinner #mainmeal
