For gravy:-

Heat a pan add oil then add tomatoes,cashew,almond,green cardamom,cloves stir it for 5,6 minutes. Then grind a fine paste

Heat a same pan add 4,5 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil then add kashmiri red chilli powder and gravy cook for 5 mins and stir

Then add malai and stir it add salt,garam masala,waterthen add cubed chesse and cook for 5 mins and stir occasionally.

Butter paneer is ready to serve.
