  • 1katori besan
  • 1/2katori gehu ka aata
  • 1 cupgrated radish
  • 2 tbspoil
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

    Mix besan and aata

    Grate radish and mix it to besan

    Add salt, oil, chilli pd and turmeric and knead with little water and give it a rest

  4. 4

    Roll out theplas and cook on a skillet from both sides with oil

    Theplas are ready to be served with chutney or pickle
