Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients then add the butter/margarine and mix well.

Then add the butter / margarine and mix again

Gradually add the milk and knead until you get a soft dough

Make small balls out of the dough then put flour on each dough. Cover it and let it rise for 1hr

Then roll out and cut into mahamri shapes

Fry mahamri on hot oil
- 7
Ready to serve. Enjoy with tea!
