Steps

Clean the chicken and cut strips in the chicken thighs.

Mix all the ingredients to form a good paste.

Rub the paste into the cleaned chicken and put it into freezer overnight.

Next day defrost it before dinner and airfry it at 200 for 30 min or grill it in oven at same temperature till done.

Serve it with some green chutney and pickled o ions.
