Heat up the ghee in a thick bottom kadhai on a low flame. Once ghee melts add wheat flour and roast flour, stirring continuously till you get some brown colour and aroma of the roasted flour.

Make sure you don't burn the flour. Switch off the flame and add jaggery. Stir continuously and let jaggery melt completely.

Once jaggery is melted immediately transfer the hot mixture in greased plate. With the help of the back of the katori. Add dry fruits (optional).
