Ingredients

  1. Buns
  2. 3 cupsWhite Flour
  3. 1-1/2 tspYeast
  4. Lukewarm water as required
  5. 1-1/2 tspSalt
  6. 2 tspIcing Sugar
  7. Stuffing
  8. 350 gmQeema
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Onion 1 medium
  11. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  12. 1 tspVinegar
  13. 1 tbspChilli sauce
  14. 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  15. 4 tbspTomato puree
  16. 1/2 tspOregano
  17. 1 tspChilli flakes
  18. 1 tspBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a Soft dough of white flour by add all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Place it in a warm place for 2 hours until double in size.

  3. 3

    Heat up oil in a wok.

  4. 4

    Fry onion until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add qeema and all spices except oregano.

  6. 6

    Fry it. Add 1 cup water. Cook it until done.

  7. 7

    Add 1 tsp white flour. Add oregano. Cook for 5 minutes until dry.

    Make buns and fill it with stuffing

  9. 9

    Bake it in a preheated oven. Until golden brown.
