  1. 400 mlfresh cream
  2. 7strawberries
  3. 3 tbspsweet condensed milk
  4. 3 tbspStrawberry sauce
  5. 2 dropsstrawberry essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip the cream until soft peaks form

    Add in chopped strawberries,strawberry essence,condensed milk and the strawberry sauce and mix in

    Pour out into an air tight container and freeze for 6-8 hours before serving for it to set

    Put sprinkles on the serving bowl,put a scoop or two of ice cream and a strawberry and serve
