Heat a little oil in a pot and cook the bacon until browned.

Add the cleaned green onions (with the roots removed) to the pot.

When both the bacon and onions start to brown, add the chopped beef steak and season with salt and pepper.

While the beef cooks, blend the tomatillos, onion, chile, garlic, and cilantro with a little water until smooth.

Once the beef is cooked and has released its juices (do not let it brown, just cook until the color changes),

Add the tomatillo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover the pot, and let it cook for 10 minutes.

After this time, check the seasoning and add the whole beans. Stir to combine with the other ingredients and turn off the heat.
