Ingredients

  1. 2full Chicken Mandi
  2. 1Small packet tandoori masala
  3. 3 tablespooncoriander powder
  4. 2 Tablespoonred chilli powder
  5. 1 Pinchred food colour (optional)
  6. Salt as your test
  7. 3Table spoone ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 Bunchcoriander leaves finely chopped
  9. 1 Bunchmint leaves finely chopped
  10. 1 Cupcurd
  11. 1Leamon medium size
  12. 4 TablespoonOil
  13. 2Charcoal
  14. 1 table spoonGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken nicely

    Add All ingredients in a other bowl not included ghee and charcoal

  3. 3

    Mix well and apply masala to chicken using your hand

  4. 4

    Now marinate for 5 to 4 hour

  5. 5

    Now preheat microwave for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    After 20 minute place chicken on grill add some oil on Chicken

  7. 7

    And cook for 30 minutes on combined mode for Cook heat, grill and bake

  8. 8

    After 30 minutes give a charcoal smoke

  9. 9

    For charcoal smoke place charcoal on gas for 15 minutes

  10. 10

    Now add cooked chicken on a other bowl now add charcoal add some ghee on charcoal cover and wait for 10 minutes

    And serve
