After that, poke the chicken pieces with fork and add receipes no; 3-7,9&10 and mix it and kept it aside for 15- 20 mins.

Then take the basmati rice and wash out and soak the rice up to 10 mins. Boil water and cook the rice..

Take the marinated chicken and fry for 5 mins.. 2 min in high flame and 3 mins in medium flame in between just filp the pieces too..

Then take the cooked rice and put it on the rice and place those chillies on top of the rice and close the vessel for one hour in medium flame..

After one hour open the vessel and slowly mix the rice and take out the chicken pieces into another bowl and mix well..

Serving time place the chicken on the rice and serve hot !!
