I cut d kidney in to medium sizes,put in a pot add some water,add ½tbsp each of ginger and garlic,add 1 Maggi cover allow to cook in medium heat,untill all d water is drain

Add veg.oil in d kidney,add grated attarugu,garlic, and ginger and slice of onions fry for 2 munites while stirring,add d Maggi continue stir fry,add d spring onions,cabbage and mintleaves stir well cover and take off d heat.

U can take ur kidney sauce as it is or u can serve Wt some rice,pasta,yam etc.
