Make sure potatoes have cooled completely. Wash and chop the octopus. Fry garlic gently in olive oil. Add octopus and cook on medium heat for about two minutes. Add wine and let it evaporate. Now add tomatoes, chilli and stock. Cover and simmer on low for about 30 mins, stir occasionally

Add potatoes and salt if needed. Cover and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.

Serve in a bowl with parsley and bread 😀
