Chocolate Bark is a sheet of chocolate that is usually covered with nuts, seeds or dried fruits. Flaky sea salt can also be sprinkled slightly on it to get sweet and salty chocolate bark. There are endless variations, toppings and flavours of chocolate bark.
You don't need to have any specific recipe or to measure any ingredients to make chocolate bark, it just requires your creativity and using your favourite flavours and textures.

Steps

Roughly chop the dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate in microwave or by double boiler method. Stir well so that chocolate is melted properly. Make sure no chocolate pieces or lumps are there in melted chocolate.

Line up the mould with parchment paper if required. Alternatively you can also use plastic box to make chocolate bark.

Pour the melted chocolate in mould or plastic box. Gently tap the mould or plastic box on towel to remove any air bubbles. Keep aside the mould or plastic box for few minutes for chocolate to set.

Meanwhile roast the nuts and keep aside to cool down.

Once the chocolate is set, gently keep the roasted nuts and dried fruits on melted chocolate. Arrange the nuts and dried fruits in the way you want.

Keep the mould or plastic box in refrigerator to set completely. Chocolate Bark is ready.

Once it sets completely, cut the chocolate bark in desired shape and size.
