For sugar syrup. In a bowl take sugar and water. Boil it till the sugar dissolves. Add cardamom powder. For Gulab Jamun the sugar syrup should be in thin consistency.

In the mashed potato add 8 tbsp milk powder and maida and a little bit salt. Soak a saffron in lukewarm milk. Add saffron and mix....it properly. Make a dough not so smooth and not so hard. Medium dough. From the dough ball make a lemon size ball. Once it is done. Keep aside for few minutes.

For deep frying. Heat Oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Fry the four gulab jamun at a time in slow flame. After putting the gulab jamun keep on stirring the oil so that the gulab jamun will not stick to the kadai. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Dip the gulab jamun in hot sugar syrup and boil for few minutes. If you boil the gulab jamun. The gulab jamun will become in big size.

Once it is done transfer to a beautiful serving plate. Decorate with Almond slices. Now it is Ready to serve...............
