Steps

Boil the potatoes and peel it

Roast the tomatoes and brinjal and peel it.

Mash all these three together.

Add garlic and green chilli paste

Add salt. And mix all ingredients together.

Put mustard oil in a pan.

Let it heat properly.

Add chopped onions

Fry for 2 minutes.

Put the whole paste into the pan. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Chokha is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaf.
