Chenna Poda.means roasted cheese in Odia..It.is made from kneaded mixture of homemade paneer , sugar, dry fruits...and baked till brown in colour ( like caramelized sugar).

Chenna Poda.means roasted cheese in Odia..It.is made from kneaded mixture of homemade paneer , sugar, dry fruits...and baked till brown in colour ( like caramelized sugar).
Steps

Keep milk for boiling,as it start to boil,off the flame. Pour vinegar water on it. Milk will curdled. Strain this prepare cheese(paneer) on muslin cloth.

In mixing bowl add prepared cheese(paneer), semolina, sugar, chopped almonds pistachios,elaichi / cardamom powder, ghee. Mix well with hand to make smooth mixture.If the mixture is dry.. add whey water(water separated from paneer).The mixture shouldn't be thick nor thin. Keep this prepared mixture cover for 10 mins

Preheat Airfyer for 5 mins at 180 temperature. Grease 4" diameter round cake tin. Place round butter paper in it. Pour prepared cheese(chenna) mixture in it. Keep the cake tin in Preheat Airfyer. Bake for 25-30 mins..or till done.(Time may differ with different models of Airfyer).

Upper crust and sides will be golden dark brown. Cool completely.

Take out on plate. Garnish with Chopped almonds & pistachio. Cut into rectangluar pieces and serve.
