Ingredients

  • 1.7 cupchopped /grated potatoes washed with water
  • 0.30 cupnoodles spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoonchopped onions
  • 1egg
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • As neededOil
  • As neededSalt
  • 1 packetnoodles masala/ Maggi masala magic

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, add some water and salt to taste. Now put it on stove and heat it until water starts boiling.

  2. 2

    Now add noodles spaghetti into it. After it's 90% boiled, stop the flame immediately and drain water from it. Keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Take a frypan pan, put some oil and heat it on stove. Now, put all the chopped /grated potatoes into it with salt as required and fry in a medium low flame until it's 100% fried.

  4. 4

    Bring the fried potatoes out and put aside. Now, put some oil again into this frypan and heat it on stove. Put chopped onions with chopped green chillies and salt as required into it.

  5. 5

    After 1 minutes frying, put an egg into it and mix it moving your spoon continuously on the pan. Make a perfect egg crumbles. Now put all the boiled noodles spaghetti into it and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Now, put the fried potatoes with Maggi masala magic into it and give it a perfect mix. Stir Fry it in a low flame for more 5 minutes. Then stop the flame immediately.

  7. 7

    Potato noodles is ready to serve. Serve it hot with Spicy tomato sauce and enjoy the different taste of noodles. 😊
