Lamb steak dive in chocolate sauce

Slice the meat in thickness of 1.5 inches. Start to marinate the meat and put aside for around 5min in room temperature. While waiting, heat up the oven in 250°. Grilled for 8min (medium rare texture)

While waiting for the meat in oven. Heat up a small pot, add in all the ingredients accept the tapioca powder water. Stir around until the chocolate melted and bring it boiled (keep stir to avoid get burn)

Until smell the aroma then add in the tapioca powder water to make the sauce get in thicker texture. Then is ready.

Tips : side with chili sweet potatoes mashed is the best combination.
