Ingredients

  1. Steak Marinate ingredients
  2. 500 gmLamb meat
  3. 3 tablespoonSichuan pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonSalt
  5. Chocolate sauce
  6. 1 dlDried red wine
  7. 3 dlMeat broth
  8. 85% dark chocolate 150gm
  9. 25 gmbutter
  10. 1 teaspoondried rosemary
  11. 1 teaspoondried thyme
  12. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  13. 1 pinchchili powder
  14. 1 teaspoonsalt
  15. 1 tablespoontapioca powder (mixed in 1dl cold water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the meat in thickness of 1.5 inches. Start to marinate the meat and put aside for around 5min in room temperature. While waiting, heat up the oven in 250°. Grilled for 8min (medium rare texture)

    While waiting for the meat in oven. Heat up a small pot, add in all the ingredients accept the tapioca powder water. Stir around until the chocolate melted and bring it boiled (keep stir to avoid get burn)

    Until smell the aroma then add in the tapioca powder water to make the sauce get in thicker texture. Then is ready.

    Tips : side with chili sweet potatoes mashed is the best combination.
