  • 3-4medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for tawa fry

    Cut the boiled potatoes into round pieces. Add chilli, turmeric and salt to it. Mix it properly

  2. 2

    Heat a tawa. Put a little oil on it. Then keep potato slices one by one on it. Turn it to other side when one side is done. Fry it till golden. Now it's ready.
