Ingredients

  1. 200 gmschaap
  2. as neededoil for frying
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 1/2 cuponion puree
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 2 tbspmalai
  12. as neededmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chaap pieces remove sticks. Cut into pieces and fried them.

  2. 2

    Now make gravy with tomato and onion puree,add all the spices. Add Malai and mix well. Now add milk fried chaap and cook for five minutes. Serve hot.
