  • 3 cupsshinkafar tuwo
  • 1 teaspoonyeast
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Kulli kulli
  • Yaji
  • Tomatoe, cocumber and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice over night or for atleast 3hours then wash add onion yeast and blend, put under the sun and allow to rise

    Using tanda in a medium heat fry on both side

    Garnish with yaji, kulli kulli and copped tomatoes, cocumber and onions and searve.
