Steps

Wash the both veggies peel the outer layer of potatoes & cut them in small size.

Make a cut in the centre of brinjal.Take all ingredients a bowl.mix them & fill them in the brinjals.

Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry brinjal & potatoes.
- 4
In the same karahi with left over oil,heat again & add thin sliced onions,tomatoes & left over masala of all the ingredients.

Cook for few seconds & add both fried potatoes & brinjals.Cook till they are become smooth.

Serve hot with chapati.
