Boil water with eggs in a pan, add a pinch of salt & cover it.

After a boil, slow down the flame & cook till a crack comes on them.

Let them cool down & peel the outer layer. Cut them from the center in 2 parts.

Garnish with salt & chat masala and Serve hot.
