Steps

Add 2 tsp butter in pan and keep it on medium flame, give tadka with seeds, cardamom, chilies, cinnamon and bay leaf. Add coconut flakes.

Make paste of cashews, peanuts, tomato and curry leaves by using milk.

Add all spices and paste in the pan, mix well and cover with lid till it’s extract oil
- 4
Add little water and cook for 2 mins, then add paneer and salt.

Garnished with remaining 1 tsp of butter and coriander leaves.
