Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida and wheat
  • 3/4 cupSugar powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonSoda
  • 2 teaspoonsRava
  • 1/4 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida and wheat, then put all the ingredients one by one in the flour.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and mix in flour, then add one by one in the flour and make it a batter.

  3. 3

    Leave it for 10 minutes, then make a batter like chappati and cut in to small diamond shapes. Then fry in medium heat of oil.
