Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlhung curd
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 2 tbsp/as your tastepowder sugar
  4. 10-15mini rasgulla
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspchopped dry fruits
  7. PinchSaffron

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk in a small bowl and add powder sugar and cardamom powder in it and mix it well. Now take another small bowl and put milk and saffron in it and mix well and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.

    Take a bowl and add hung curd in it and whisk it. When curd gets Creamy then add prepared sweet milk in it and mix it well. Add saffron milk and dry fruits in it and mix well.

    Add small rasgulla in it and mix it well. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours and garnish with some chopped dry fruits (as u like).

    Your rasgulla shrikhand is ready to serve and serve chilled.
