Serve potato fry as a side dish with chapatis, bread or dal-rice or sambar-rice.
Steps

Wash the potato and wipe them completely with a paper towel.
Cut them into thin slices. In a pan boil the water add salt and once the water starts boiling add potato slice switch off the flame close it for 2 mins and strain the water keep aside. - 2
Make the paste with above ingredients by adding lemon juices.

Coat the masala paste into the sliced potato.

Heat a non stick pan or a thick bottomed pan with 4-5 tbsp of oil
once the oil turns hot, add the masala coated sliced potato fry it both sides.(2-3 mins). - 5
Once potato fried sprinkle some garam masala powder and rice flour just stir it for 1 min.Yes it's ready

Final step add curry leaves over the potato Tawa masala fry. Switch off the tawa..
