Tomatoes
Onions
Maggie
Curry

Here are my ingredients

Add all your chop tomatoes,green pp,onions,red chilly pp,garlic and ginger in food processor

Great like this

Heat oil in pan and add chop ingredients

Lightly stir fry

Add in curry

Add in two cubes

Slice your egg plant

Add in slice egg plant

Stir fry till tender

Its done

Serve with anyside of your choice........but it goes really with yam be it boiled or fried
