1medium Gardenbeet
2medium Carrots
1 cupWheat flour
1/2 cupBesan
2 tbspRice flour
2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspHaldi / turmeric powder
1 tspGaram masala
2 clovesGarlic
To tasteSalt
As neededOil
Handfulsesame

Steps

Grate beet and carrot.

Grate garlic.

Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with water.

Take ball size dough and roll parathas.
5

Bake on tawa with oil.

Serve hot with green chutney, sauce or curd.
