  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 1/2 cupsooji
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupMix veg Finely chopped (carrot,capsicum, onion, greenchillies,ginger)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix properly and make batter like dosa. Add salt as required.

  2. 2

    Make cheela and serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
