Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 150 gmatar
  3. 3-4lahsun
  4. 2onion
  5. 2tomato
  6. 2green chilli
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  11. As neededOil
  12. As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take pressure cook heat with oil

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and fried in low flame

  3. 3

    Add tomato and green chilli and fry it

  4. 4

    Add matar and all species fry it in low flame

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and glass water and cook for till 4-5 whistles

  6. 6

    Now ready to serve with hot chapati
