Ingredients

  • Tofu(awara)
  • Grated Scotch bonnet
  • Grated onions
  • Crushed garlic
  • Seasoning
  • Raw eggs
  • 1/2tspn of curry
  • Pinchdried ginger
  • Pinchthyme
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tofu into desired shape.

  2. 2

    Marinade tofu in a bowl with seasoning

  3. 3

    In a bowl Break raw eggs and add all the ingredients including garlic, whisk properly.

  4. 4

    Deep the tofu in the whisked egg and fry.

  5. 5

    Egg coated tofu s ready now..with an irresistible garlic aroma.

    Tofu can be enjoyed any time of the day... as breakfast,lunch or dinner.or as an appetizer.
