Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts
My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana cookpad.japan -
Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts) Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -

Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts
For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead. They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama cookpad.japan -
Korean sticky rice donuts (꽈배기) Korean sticky rice donuts (꽈배기)
These Korean sticky rice donuts always bring me back to the time when I visited Korea. My husband and I picked some up from a street vendor while running errands together, and Ive loved them ever since! That was over 4 years ago and I’m not sure when we will be able to visit Korea again…. So until then I will make these Korean donuts at home. They are perfectly sweet and chewy and my husband says he doesn’t have a sweet tooth but whenever I make these donuts they are all gone in less than a daySo i guess he just has a sweet tooth for these donuts, but I can’t blame him they are absolutely delicious! Baked Rice Flour Doughnuts Baked Rice Flour Doughnuts
I'm into desserts made with rice flour and I wanted to make chewy baked doughnuts. You just mix and bake these, so there aren't really any hints. These doughnuts are not very sweet, so you may want to increase the amount of honey (or sugar). You could drizzle honey or sprinkle sugar to finish. Recipe by Orenjiringu cookpad.japan -
My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour.
