Boil water with salt and ghee.switch off the flame then add rice flour.keep aaide fr 10 mins

Churn both dals coarsely and add it to spices.keep the filling aside.

Now apply 1tsp ghee in your hands and knead a soft dough.Make balls. Roll them in small roundals.

Put 1 tsp of filling on each roundal and close it.

Steam these fare for 10 mins on sim. Simple fare are ready to serve with any chutney of your choice.

Now add 1tsp oil in a pan.Put jeera and rai.let it splutter. Add red chilli powder.Cut steamed fare into 3 pieces.

Saute till they are crunchy.

Serve hot with onions and chutneys of your choice!
