Wash and cut ur tomatoes then put it in a blender

Blend to form a coarse puree

Wash and dice ur onion

Add oil in a pan and heat over medium heat then add the diced onion

Sauté for 3-4 mint

Add the minced garlic and stir

Pour in the tomato puree

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add oregano and chili flakes and mix well

When it brings to boil cover and cook for 10 mint

Stir and cook for 2mint then off the heat and serve
