Dice the spam, reserving 3-4 slices. Fry the slices first. Add oil to a pan and sauté the garlic (I used garlic instead of green onions because I had garlic on hand) and stir-fry with the diced spam. Add the cooked rice and fry it like regular fried rice.

In a non-stick pan, add oil and crack in the 3 eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until the eggs are scrambled. Place the rice on a plate first, then top with the scrambled eggs for a nice presentation. Add kimchi on top or some chili sauce for a spicy kick. That's it ^^
