Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1/3 cupleftover rice
  • To tastesalt
  • 6curry leaves
  • 2slitted green chillies
  • 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add rice flour, leftover rice,salt, baking soda. Gradually adding water make a dough. Take little bit oil in palm. Make farra.

    Boil 2 glasses of water. Add farra into boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.

    Drain water and pour cold water and drain water. Add oil into pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Add farra and mix well. Use lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Add coriander leaves. Serve hot with sauce.
