Wash and drain poha from water and keep it aside.

Now in a kadai add oil, jeera and chopped onions and let them fry till golden brown.

Add chilli and tomatoes and toss.

Add spices and now add poha and mix well.

Now squeere lemon on poha and sprinkle chaat masala and chopped coriander.

Ready serve hot.
