Divde is a sweet dish , specially made on the day of dhanteras , very simple dish but to yummy , the crunch of sugar granules in between enhances the taste

In a mixing bowl combine together flour, ghee and sugar, mix well with your fingers

Now by adding water little by little knead a tight dough but of smooth texture, cover and keep it for 15 minutes

Now heat oil for deep frying, first on high heat, then make the flame low

Now again knead the dough and make small balls from it, flatten each ball with a thumb, just giving an impression

In this way prepare all the divide, now put them, one by one,in the hot oil

Fry them on low heat, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown and crispy from outside

When done take them out on an absorbent paper

When they completely cool down then you can store them in an airtight container for 10 days easily
