  • 1 tbspnvinegar
  • 1 cupflour garam and wheat
  • 1 tbspnturmeric
  • 1tspn garam masala
  • 1 pinchoregano and rosemary
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes wash and soak in vinegar. Boil in salty water till tender not mushy

    Make batter mixing flour, water, spices and salt. Add in the potatoes
