I didn't know what to call these 😂 but the explosion of flavours is incredible! The cheese is quite spicy (made with Peperoncino) the kiwi is sweet and the speck is salty. A wonderful tickle on your taste buds. You could use any similar strong cheese and sprinkle a few chilli flakes on top. Delicious starter! #mycookbook #Italian #starter #spicy #cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180. Peel and slice kiwi. Slice cheese

    Add a slice of spicy cheese on top. Wrap in a slice of speck
